Who we are
St Peter’s is a Christ-centred Family, Present in Toton and Beyond, and a Place of Welcome and Belonging. We are an Anglican Church in the Diocese of Southwell and Nottingham.
We are a community who seek to share God’s love openly, worship wholehearted, invite actively, serve generously and pray persistently. We recognise that whilst we seek to hold these values, we’re not there yet!
If you’d like to join us, or have questions and would love to chat them through, then please do come along on a Sunday to one of our services.
Our Vicar
Hello! I’m Jess, and I’m the Vicar of St Peter’s Toton. I’m married to Tom, and we have 2 dogs, Huey and Bebe. You may have seen us out and about in Toton, with Bebe who walks on her hind legs!
What to expect
When you visit us on a Sunday morning, you’ll be greeted by one of our friendly welcomers at the door who will make sure you find somewhere to sit during the service. For our younger members, we have activities and groups for different ages at our 10.30am service. Click the Sunday Services button above to find out more.
During our services, there will be opportunities for quiet reflection, singing both hymns and contemporary worship songs, prayer, listening to the Bible, time to reflect on the words you’ve heard and an opportunity to connect with those around you.
We want everyone to feel welcome and as though they belong, so if there’s anything you don’t want to do, then that’s okay! At St Peter’s, we’re keen for everyone to call us home!
