Lunch Club and Warm Space

Every Monday Toton Methodist Church offers a warm place to be. We open 10am-3pm.

Lunch is served at 12noon and there is always a choice of soups, a roll and cheese, followed by homemade desserts.

Last Christmas we enjoyed a three course Christmas dinner with over 60 members of our church and local community. This was followed by some wonderful singing - thank you Chetwynd Primary Academy!

Language Café

Language Café seems to settle at about a dozen attendees. People come, grow in confidence and then find jobs. The lovely part is that they all stay in touch! We have a WhatsApp group that reaches about 36 families within the community. Lots of information and sharing happens here and if anyone needs help, they know where to turn.

People are feeling that they belong and are a real part of the community, joining in with activities and volunteering to help at Lunch Club.
