Coming up at St Peter’s
Days of Encounter - Monday 6th at St Peter’s
When we pray, God listens, so let’s get prayer higher on our agendas! Our monthly day of prayer includes Quiet Morning Prayer at 8.30am, Reflective Communion at 12.30pm and Worship & Puddings at 8pm. There’s something for everyone and everyone is welcome.
Service for All - Sunday 19th, 4pm at St Peter’s
Our brand new informal service for all ages! During this one-hour service we share a time of worship together, before breaking off into age groups to help us delve deeper into our faith. If you’re new to church, this one is for you! Everyone is warmly welcomed so please do come along and give it a go.
Renew Wellbeing Café
Tuesdays 10am-12pm & Thursdays 5-7pm at St Peter’s
Our Renew spaces offer a place where it’s ‘ok not to be ok’. With board games and crafts, optional prayer time and quiet space, and lots of cake! Drop in anytime and stay as long as you like. Please note we will be closed on Thursday 2nd.
Hope Explored
Mondays 13th, 20th & 27th January, 7.30-9.30pm at the Vicarage
Where can I find real and lasting hope? There are few emotions more powerful than hope, but these days it often feels hard to come by. Hope Explored is a 3-week course open to anyone who would like to explore Christian hope. Each session will begin with pudding, followed by a video and discussion. Coming up at Toton Methodist Church
Lunch Club - Mondays, 12pm at Toton Methodist Church
Each week we serve a light lunch in good company. Church is open from 11am to 3pm as a warm space and everyone is welcome.
Messy Church - Sunday 5th, 4pm at Toton Methodist Church
An afternoon of messy fun and games for children and families of all ages. Finishing with a meal to share together.
Thursday Fellowship - Fortnightly on Thursdays, 2.15pm at Toton Methodist Church (restarting 9th January)
Join us for an afternoon in good company, with a different theme or guest speaker each session, including speakers from Christian charities and organisations. Refreshments are provided.
Muddy Church - Sunday 12th, 10.30am at Toton Methodist Church
All ages are welcome for some muddy fun! We love learning about nature and the environment out in the church garden. Adults can either join in the fun outside or enjoy the service in church. Please wear suitable clothing and footwear - you might get muddy!
Breakfast and a Stroll - Wednesdays at Toton Methodist Church
Suitable for parents/carers with babies or preschool children, with breakfast available from 9am before our walk at 9.30am. Finishing at Toton Library for those who’d like to attend Rattle, Rhyme and Roll. We’re looking forward to being back in the New Year - please check social media or our weekly newsletter for dates.
