ChurchSuite FAQs
At Churches Together in Toton, we use ChurchSuite for our members database, rotas, events and more. If you’re new to the system or struggling to get to grips with it, this is the place for you! Please see below for all the information you need.

How do I log in?
Access to ChurchSuite is by email invitation from our church team. If you haven’t yet received your invitation, or you’ve misplaced it, please email contact@totonchurches.org for a new one.
Your invitation email contains a personal login link that you can use to set your own password, which will allow you to access My ChurchSuite. Those without an email address unfortunately won’t be able to access My ChurchSuite.
If you share an email address with other family members, you'll each receive a personalised invitation to your shared email inbox – be sure to use the invitation personally addressed to you to set your password.
When logging in, choose My ChurchSuite and enter your email address and password. Passwords are always case sensitive. If you forget your password, click Reset your password to request a password reset email.
What if I don’t know my password?
If you don’t know your password, click Reset your password to request a password reset email.
How do I edit my details?
Once logged in, you're taken to the My ChurchSuite Home page. Selecting My Details from the Menu opens your details to view. From here, you can review and update your details, perhaps to add missing or outdated information. Add as much or as little information as you feel comfortable sharing. To update or change your details in each section, click the Edit button, update the information you need to and then click Save.
Communication Options and Privacy Settings
Your Communication options determine the methods by which we can send communications to you. Click Edit to review and update your communication details and options (don’t forget to Save).
While your details are never visible to anyone outside of our churches, your Privacy settings enable you to choose which of your basic contact details you are happy to be visible to other church members. Again, you can click Edit to review and update your privacy settings.
When first logging in to My ChurchSuite, you may see a message on your Home page informing you that your privacy settings are such that you are invisible to others in My ChurchSuite.
We encourage you to review your privacy settings and consider making your name and at least one means of contact visible so that our community and ministries can function well - please tick whichever details you feel comfortable showing and leave any others with a cross beside them.
How do I find contact details for other church members?
The Search for Others section of My ChurchSuite is where you’ll find our contact directory. The precise details you can see for each person will depend on their privacy settings. In the same way, your privacy settings determine which of your contact details can be seen by other members.
How does the My Rotas section work?
In the My Rotas section, you can view and manage your serving commitments (note that you will only see the My Rotas section if you’re actively serving on a rota).
Selecting My Rotas from the Menu opens the Next Serving tab, which shows your serving commitments for the next 3 months. If your details are with linked family members, you’ll also be able to access their Next Serving dates. Clicking on a rota date will take you to the full rota.
The rota view is divided into tabs, showing Dates, Teams (church members and their roles) and any further rota Details. Within the Dates tab, the rota view can be changed to show all dates or just your own serving dates.
On each of your serving dates you'll have various options, including Add Unavailability and Organise a Swap.
